ACCOMMODATIONS

As a mobile notary, our mission is to provide services based on the needs of the client, with dedication in accommodating difficult situations, should they arise. Services accommodate for borrowers who are sick, elderly or disabled and can't make it in to escrow. Mobile services also relieve clients of the stress of having to take off of work or leave the office early to meet the 4:00 p.m. crunch appointments (the last appointment of the day.) Borrowers love this because they don't have to take time off work to rush into escrow. They can sign in the evening in the privacy and convenience of their own home.

Rolling Notaries provides services from Loan Document notarization to a diversity of services appropriate to meet your business and personal notarial needs. Our professional experience allows a wide variety of notarizations.

PRICING

The fees for notaries public are set by the Secretary of the Commonwealth with the approval of the Attorney General. As a compliant notary public, Rolling Notaries does not charge, attempt to charge or receive a notary public fee that is in excess of the fees fixed by the Secretary of the Commonwealth.

Rolling Notaries may charge a clerical or administrative fee for services provided in addition to the notarization of a document such as copying documents, postage, phone calls, travel or completing forms. Specific pricing of all services available upon request.

ADDITIONAL LIFE'S ESSENTIAL DOCUMENT (L.E.D) SERVICES
